Unlock the Potential of Onlays, Crowns & Bridges

A Comprehensive 3-Day Journey

Join us for a comprehensive 3-day intensive program on Onlays, Crowns and Bridges (OCB). This course offers a multidisciplinary approach, drawing insights from Prosthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Risk Assessors. By exploring various perspectives, you will gain a deeper understanding of the intricate elements involved in prosthodontics.

OCB is designed to provide you with the latest techniques and updates in onlays, crown, and bridge work. Discover modern-day practices and refine your skills in single units, multi units, and short span bridges. Embrace the future as we explore hybrid workflows, blending traditional methodologies with cutting-edge digital techniques that are revolutionising dentistry.

DIGITAL TECHNIQUES

Embark on a journey into the digital realm, including:

  • Using a CEREC Primescan Intraoral scanner to capture precise digital representations of patients' teeth and oral structures.

  • Discover the power of computer-aided design (CAD) software for virtual restoration design.

  • Witness the capabilities of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems, including the use of an Ackuretta 3D printer to fabricate physical provisional crown restorations.

  • Learn about digital waxing and modelling, as well as virtual articulation for accurate bite simulation.

IMMERSIVE LEARNING

Engage in a dynamic blend of practical clinical simulations, thought-provoking lectures, and stimulating group discussions. This comprehensive approach caters to dentists of all experience levels:

  • Immerse yourself in 13 hours of hands-on practical clinical simulations, receiving personalised attention and guidance from our expert educators. Gain practical skills and refine your techniques through one-on-one interactions.

  • Absorb 10 hours of enriching lectures, where our educators share their experience and evidence based case studies. Deepen your understanding of treatment planning and broaden your knowledge base.

  • Participate in 3 hours of group discussions, centred around the unique hybrid presenting condition model where we generate discussion in the session by collecting input from attendee dentists. Your input shapes the discussions, ensuring the course remains relevant and tailored to the curiosities and challenges faced by the participants.

The course is convened by Dr. Tuan Dao, an esteemed practitioner with extensive experience in clinical practice and prosthodontic professional education. He has curated an integrated intuitive, and innovative course schedule that addresses various aspects of prosthodontic procedures and treatment planning. Dr. Dao is supported by a team of eight educators and clinical supervisors, including specialist clinicians and leading university educators.
